About

Anna began practicing yoga over ten years ago while studying classical ballet and found yoga to be a holistic healer.   She was inspired to teach yoga to help students find their own footing on their yogic path, specifically one of wellness through the mind body connection.  In classes you’ll find humor and compassion with a focus on breath, and finding a sense of ease in the body.

Yoga Education

Anna earned her 250 foundational training certification from Wake Up Yoga and followed by an advanced training in Therapeutic Yoga from the Center for Integrative Yoga Studies and Prenatal certification from the Pranakriya School of Yoga Healing Arts.

Her wide range of experience includes working with individuals who have limited mobility or amputation, scoliosis, chronic pain, postnatal needs, traumatic brain injury, migraine, movement disorders including Parkinson’s, in addition to yoga for cancer patients, survivors and caretakers.

Gratitude

Anna is forever grateful to her teachers Karin Otto, Corina Benner, Marylsa Sullivan, Tra Kirkpatrick, Holle Black, Jeff Soaf and many more for their dedication to learning and teaching yoga.

Client Reviews

“Anna is a caring and thoughtful yoga instructor. She is great about asking about injuries and accommodates accordingly. Her voice is soothing, her directions clearly instructive, and her sessions rejuvenating!”

— Pamela R.

“Anna was professional and easy to work with from start to finish. I hired her for an in-home session for my mother who was hoping to get back into the practice of yoga after a joint replacement. Anna was easy to schedule with, responsive to my questions, and my mother could not have been more thrilled with the session. Anna took her time getting to know my mother’s comfort level, and assisted her in easing back into yoga smoothly. We couldn’t be happier. Thank you Anna!”

“Anna is amazing. I think what sets her apart is the completeness of her classes. She is able to create an environment that opens you up to feel present and then directs you through a vigorous and well thought out class. Along with her knowledge and understanding of yoga she brings fun and understanding that makes you feel comfortable and ready to try anything. I look forward to every time I see Anna's class at a time I can take it.”
